Service Description

SyncERP provides cloud-based point of sale, inventory management, and business management software for retail businesses. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including employee PINs. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time without penalty. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into SyncERP, including customer records, product information, and transaction history. You may export your data at any time.

Limitation of Liability

SyncERP is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
